The Electronic Recycling Association and Kevin Yarde Present Donated Laptops to Osei-Akoto Centre for Leadership Excellence, Health Promotion and Relief to improve the overall health condition of black people.
Toronto, ON – January 7th, 2019 – The Electronic Recycling Association is excited to announce they will be donating in the Toronto area alongside MPP Kevin Yarde to support Osei-Akoto Centre for Leadership Excellence, Health Promotion and Relief and their mission.
“Having the support of respected members of the community is just fantastic,” says Bojan Paduh, Founder and President of the Electronic Recycling Association. “We have teamed up with MPP Kevin Yarde to donate 20 laptops to the Osei-Akoto Centre, an organization with a passion for leadership development, student success, health promotion and relief. Nowadays, many individuals take technology for granted. There are a lot of devices still in good condition that are just thrown to the trash. If we can help charities like this one, why not implement reuse before recycle.”
The Osei-Akoto Centre’s mission is to contribute to students’ success, contribute to capacity building in the non-profit sector especially within the Christian church and groups, and to contribute to improve the overall health condition of black people, especially Ghanaians in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and abroad through health promotion and relief initiatives.
