STUDENT ECO MOVE-OUT FOR SAIT RESIDENTS

ERA SETTING AN EXAMPLE FOR SAIT STUDENTS – STUDENT ECO MOVE-OUT INITIATIVE

The ERA is partnering up with the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to assist students who reside on campus with their e-waste disposal. There will be four ERA bins placed at East Hall and Begin Tower (151 Dr. Carpenter Circle NW Calgary, AB T2M 3G1) running from April 24^th until April 30^th (8am-5pm).

The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology is a polytechnic institute in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. SAIT offers more than 100 career programs in technology, trades and business. A SAIT education offers students practical experience and theoretical knowledge in a real-world context. Students benefit from hands-on learning in unique labs and classrooms, participation in applied research on campus with industry partners and, in many programs, workplace practicums that enable them to apply their learning to meet current industry needs.

ERA WILL ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, AT NO COST. COMPLIMENTARY DATA REMOVAL WILL BE APPLIED TO NECESSARY EQUIPMENT:

• Cell Phones
• Home Phones
• Handheld Electronics (Mp3 Players, Gaming Consoles etc)
• Stereo Equipment
• Gaming Equipment
• Monitors
• Mice
• Keyboards
• Printers
• Digital Cameras
• Computer Parts
• Misc. Cables
• External Hard Drives
• USB Keys & Other Storage Devices
• Etc.
