Metis Central Western Region II Council is a Non-profit organization that provides various programs, supports, workshops, and activities that provide the youth, elders, and general public the tools and resources they need in order to be successful and contributing members of society.
Their organization is able to provide programs that bring together youth and elders so they are able to perform various tasks including learning the importance of cyber security, job search, resume writing, finishing homework, researching scholarship applications, housing applications and learn basic computer skills and software that will give them a better quality life.
This organization received 6 computers, 3 laptops and 2 projectors. These devices will be used by their clients and summer students to improve their computer skills and help them enter into the working world. Speaking with Trevor Dubois, Program Coordinator at the organization he stated, “We would like to thank you for this great initiative and opportunity”.
