Today, we donated 20 refurbished laptops to a Montreal organization called Brique par Brique. MNA Andrès Fontecilla graced us with his presence at this donation event which took place at the organizations venue. We were thrilled to partner with a well-respected member of the community join us and support our mission to reduce the negative impact e-waste has on our environment.
Andrés Fontecilla (born 20 September 1967 in Chile) is a Canadian politician from Quebec. He was elected to the National Assembly of Quebec in the 2018 provincial election, representing the electoral district of Laurier-Dorion as a member of Québec solidaire.
Brique par Brique is a community housing project and a social center in the Parc-Extension neighborhood that meets the needs of residents and is respectful of diversity. They aim to provide affordable, well-maintained apartments and a common area where activities can be organized for the community.
This donation will help support 20 of their members who live in affordable housing. We wish them all the best for the future and their mission.
