ERA and Shell Canada Kick off 2019 by donating 160 devices to organizations Canada wide
The Electronic Recycling Association and Shell Canada to donate throughout Alberta and Ontario for Earth Month
Calgary, AB (April 2nd 2019) – The Electronic Recycling Association announces another large donation with their long standing donor, Shell Canada. Both groups will be donating 60 devices throughout Ontario to organizations and communities in need. This donation will take place on April 12th in Sarnia with the help of representatives from Shell Canada and ERA.
ERA is hosting the grand opening of their new headquarters in Calgary on Earth Day, April 22nd. They have decided to donate the remaining 100 laptops to the Boys and Girls Club of Calgary on this day to add to the celebrations. Shell Canada External Relations will be present on the day as well as the Director of Indigenous Initiatives from the organization.
The Boys and Girls Club of Calgary are committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable children, youth and their families by providing safe places and offering services and programs designed to meet the evolving needs of our community. Speaking with the Director of Indigenous Initiatives, Christy Morgan she states, “Thank you so much for this wonderful donation. This will make such a huge difference for our youth and staff!”
