Transitions to Communities in Toronto is gifted with 10 laptops

Transitions to Communities is a personal and professional skills development program for Canadian Armed Forces veterans and former RCMP members who are experiencing obstacles reintegrating into civilian life after serving. They aim to provide the direct supports needed to address veterans’ emotional and physical challenges, with a focus on employ-ability skills, mental well-being and peer support.
